24-month/24,000-mile Warranty
With our "In-House" 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty covering most parts and service, we will replace defective parts listed on your invoice at no charge, or refund the cost (our choice), within the warranty time or miles (whichever comes first) noted on your invoice from the original date of service. Warranty is limited to items charged for on your invoice. Warranty applies only as long as the current owner owns the vehicle. Any and all warranty repairs must be pre-approved.
Exclusions
Lower quality/cost parts: In some situations, customers will elect, or we may recommend, using a lower quality/cost part due to either vehicle expectations, or for budget reasons. In those cases, the warranty is only for the duration the manufacture provides.
Used parts: most used parts have only a 90-day warranty. Larger used parts, such as an engine or transmission, will have varying length of warranty depending on supplier and the age of the part. We will be very clear about using any parts that fall outside of our normal 24/24 warranty before obtaining your authorization. The original warranty of the “excluded” part will be clearly noted on the repair order.
